explain questions properly to your tenants THANKS HAVE A BLESS WEEKEND your staff is rude to people they are not people person attitudes like you are bothering them we are concern about our rent while they half cut the grass at our address can never ask question you feel negative vibes over the phone i know two wrongs don't make a right but every time you call you probably should be more concern about your staff this is a place of business not their homes to many people need jobs like theirs it's call equal rights for people and business none

Love this company, they have great communication, they are always prompt with any questions or concerns you have. If your having any maintenance issues, which I have only had minor issues, they quickly get back in touch with you and resolve it. They are always respectful and will ask how everything's going. Great company to rent from. I highly recommend them.

Michelle and Jeff were great (the two I interacted with). The only reason for a 4 star rather than 5 is it took over 3 weeks to get a mailbox key. I understand there may have been issues, but none were communicated to me. I had to keep calling the office.

Everyone I have dealt with at Deca has been amazing. From the application process to assisting with questions/issues. Michelle Stalzer has literally been there for me through the entire process. She answers my emails promply and has been extremly helpful. :)
