Katelyn Alexander stepped in as our Building Manager fully in March. She is willing to do the grunt work that is daunting but necessary. She likes to keep ahead of problems and that’s a huge plus! She can tackle a problem with immediate efficiency and is great at keeping the HOA board members updated of project progress. Katelyn also loves a good Google doc, calendars, and spreadsheets to keep management easy for all. She will suggest her take on a tricky situation and bring about a reasonable solution. She has been so helpful for our Condo community. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking.

Maintenance is always punctual and efficient. Any issues we report are addressed much faster than they would’ve been with previous landlords, some of which are bigger than DECA. Very happy with our choice to rent through DECA!
