I absolutely love renting with DECA , anytime I have a maintenance issue they immediately respond even if they cannot send someone out immediately they let me know and keep me updated on the process. Anytime I have ever spoken with anyone by phone or via email they are always polite, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone! I just resigned my lease for the 3rd year!

Good place to rent from...fast response to maintenance request...I guess it depends on owner of property(not all things repaired)...work with you if fall behind on rent. So far everyone is nice and helpful.

DECA is new for my apartment complex. I am very pleased with just the overall warm welcome I received when they took over. Agent took the time to call and introduce herself (Theresa ;0). I had issue setting up online portal and she put me in correct direction and issue resolved instantly. SO FAR SO GOOD!! Thank you for your professionalism
