Michelle walked me through each step. My move in went very well. I was a bit nervous because I haven’t moved in 7 years. I like the residents portal, which is a great tool for communication and access to all necessary paperwork. I am very happy and love my new home!

I recently moved into a property managed by Deca Property Management. And I couldn't be happier. Not only because we love our new home but because of their amazing customer service. Our flat/duplex is an older building and I've been told our unit was unoccupied for some time. Because of that we've had a few, minor, issues. Deca has listened to our concerns and responded immediately. I have lived all over the country, and this is hands down the best customer service I've ever received. I would highly recommend looking at a Deca managed property!
