What can I say, but, wow! I have lived at a place that took 2 weeks to change a light bulb over an outside door. When there has been an issue, Deca, made sure it was taken care of immediately. This is why I love Deca. They show, the can about people!

Michelle walked me through each step. My move in went very well. I was a bit nervous because I haven’t moved in 7 years. I like the residents portal, which is a great tool for communication and access to all necessary paperwork. I am very happy and love my new home!

I recently moved into a property managed by Deca Property Management. And I couldn't be happier. Not only because we love our new home but because of their amazing customer service.Our flat/duplex is an older building and I've been told our unit was unoccupied for some time. Because of that we've had a few, minor, issues. Deca has listened to our concerns and responded immediately. I have lived all over the country, and this is hands down the best customer service I've ever received. I would highly recommend looking at a Deca managed property!
