I recently moved into a property managed by Deca Property Management. And I couldn't be happier. Not only because we love our new home but because of their amazing customer service. Our flat/duplex is an older building and I've been told our unit was unoccupied for some time. Because of that we've had a few, minor, issues. Deca has listened to our concerns and responded immediately. I have lived all over the country, and this is hands down the best customer service I've ever received. I on a Friday night and the maintenance manager called me back and sent someone out that same night. He help me clean up all the water and move some things out of the way. The next day the plumber came toke looked around and things were good. So far no water .Great job maintenance team.
