I like renting homes from Deca property.

My move in went smoothly. I appreciate the direct lines of communication with everyone at Deca.

The application process was wonder as the team assisted with getting the needed information and kept me updated on the process. I really appreciated the help given.

No issues so far, request answered in a timely manner. All service people that have come over have been very professional and quick with getting the request completed.

I recently had a homeless man removed by police. He was in the building under the stairs right outside my door. Have you considered making the front and back door secured by lock and key?

work done fast, but worker did not replace part, but did what I would call a bandaid.

My water heater was out and it was repaired immediately. Thank you!

Deca Properties is great. My concerns are with the owner of the property. I have been here I think 4 yrs now and still walls not fixed, entryway never painted now I'm dealing with mice because new neighbor Katherine downstairs leaves bird seeds on her porch to feed them. My friend came over put steel wool and sprayed everything. So can't say anything negative about DECA. they are always understanding and patience especially during COVID-19 but owners not so good. So my rating is only for Deca.
