Super happy with the quickness and results I see from Deca as a renter when I’ve had an issue. When I first moved in, the month was April and the weather was starting to heat up. Our a/c unit wasn’t cutting and attempting to host Easter Dinner was awful. The very next day, I contacted Deca and explained our situation and with in a week, we had a whole new Unit being installed! They handled our issue with our garage door as well. The motor went out and the door was a true pain to open manually. Again, with in a few days, a whole new unit was installed. The only issue I have is I wish there was a portal to pay rent online with $0 penalty, surcharge. Also, reward or benefits for good reneters was be a nice insentive! However, these are just a few things i’ve had in the past and miss. All in all, im happy with how Deca handles their clients concerns. The speed in which they do so is also a sign of an efficiently ran office that I do appericate. Thanks again, the Casteels.
