I am very pleased with the service that Deca Realty gives. They send monthly records faithfully, they have chosen good renters, they have a good maintenance team, and their costs for management are reasonable. Also, their personnel are friendly, helpful and patient.

I was called he came over took a look said he needed some material. Came back fixed the wall and was on his way .His name escapes me but what a nice guy. Same as when he replaced all of the lights in the building Good man.

DECA has been great with managing my property. Since I live out of state, I have less issues than my properties that are local. Makes life easier and profitable!
