Deca has been managing my properties for months now. During the duration because of consistent communication and transparency the job they have been performing, thus far is phenomenal.

the apartment is full with spiders, to the point I was bitten by one, and had to go to the clinic for the brown recluse.The apartment was not cleaned properly.. or at least fumigation The attention of the people in Deca, specially of Michelle is the best, she is an excellent employee.

I'm extremely happy with my apartment and all the benefits. For example the bus lines and multiple stores of all types. There is only one complaint and that's my neighbor who lives in the same building.

I love Deca, coming from a situation where my previous landlord was so difficult to get him to provide any maintenance when it was needed it is really refreshing how fast Deca responds to any issues/requests I have they take really good care of the property
