I love Deca, coming from a situation where my previous landlord was so difficult to get him to provide any maintenance when it was needed it is really refreshing how fast Deca responds to any issues/requests I have they take really good care of the property

Deca is the best landlord I've had in over 50 years of renting housing all over the country. The Brokers and staff treat you with respect, the maintenance scheduling is very responsive, and the work done is top-notch. Their lease and policies are very reasonable, the rent is very affordable and they are pet friendly. I tell all my friends to check with Deca when they're looking for housing.
