I have been in the same Deca managed property for more than a decade. The Deca team has always taken care of my maintenance requests and other issues quickly and effectively. Also I have noticed their employee turnover rate seems to be very low, so I have gotten to know or at least recognize the ones that I have dealt with. I feel safe and secure knowing that Deca handles my unit!
