Deca in unlike any other companies, they genuinly care about their tenants and show compassion and understanding which is rare in business. During Covid 19 Deca gave out gift cards to help with food and they worked with tenants to keep them from being homeless.Deca cares about the community in which they serve and give back to those in need, this is what makes them unlike other realty companies and I'm happy to be a tenant with Deca.
