The ladies that i spoke to at deca realty were very friendly and really helpful when I ran into some issues with getting internet and spire set up. I had to reach out many times and someone was always willing to help. Jenny and Caroline we're especially nice.

Deca was quick with a service request I had over the holiday weekend, all of the employees are very helpful and easy to work with.

Always great to work with the maintenance team! I am always called ahead of time with a scheduled date, then called/text again when the individual is on his way ~ I always appreciate the updates! And even things that I do not notice are always taken care of or a work order is placed.

I gave a rating of 4 stars ⭐️ ONLY bcuz my initial experience wasn't quite as pleasant as my last, the one which resulted in meeting Jenny Koeln (asst. to Marty Carr) I appreciate the enthusiasm, time, effort and consistency she showed towards getting me into the my "dream house".. I wish I would have run into her initially.. But, I guess it's true what they say, "Good things comes to those who have to wait"..?

I was super nervous about moving because I have been living in the same house for over 10 years and I knew my credit wasnt where it should be but everyone was super helpful and made the entire move a breeze!
