Everyone we've been in contact with at Deca is professional and courteous. During the pandemic they went above and beyond by offering tenants grocery gift cards and a chance at a free months rent! That is truly an example of compassion and kindness. Deca is committed to their tenants, neighbors and the entire community.

You all are awesome. In my changing situations due to my hours at work has changed , you all have been patient as for my rent.

Although I don’t interact too much with the company – mainly I go through my landlord who lives upstairs ( he hired DECA to help manage the property – whenever I have they have been responsive. I would rent through them again.

I’ve rented from a few different companies in St. Louis and Deca has by far been my favorite. Scheduling a showing with them was a breeze through Zillow. The application process was quick and easy as was leasing. We’ve been renting from Deca since August and anytime that we’ve needed maintenance, Deca has promptly sent someone out to resolve the issue - typically within a day of requesting! Great communication

Our leaky sink was fixed within hours of me calling it in! The handyman even left a kind note apologizing for having to move our drying dishes. It was great service all around. Thanks!
