Property is well maintained and staff is extremely responsive when any questions come up. Maintenance is seamless and flexible when needed.

I truly love my rental home. I also enjoy the prompt response I get regarding maintenance issues. It's nice to know I have people there when needed, and all of these people are professionals. The only complain I have is that the move-in process was not very pleasant. I had trouble getting the utilities turned on due to there being no occupancy permit. Also, the house hadn't been cleaned in a long time, with mouse poop, dust, cobwebs all over. It's beautiful now though. There were some maintenance items as well that needed attention. Someone should inspect the home prior to tenants moving in. Thanks so much.

Your maintenance man was polite & friendly, fixed the stove burner & the faucets on the tub. However, the tub faucets are still loosening just enough that they have begun leaking again. But your employee is fine.
