I really appreciate the way you respond to anything that needs to be fixed or any problems in the Bldg. The whole process of moving in the application and verification process was done in a timely manner. Staff is polite and respectful.

I like the place where I live and I appreciate Deca service for sending technicians when something goes wrong. However, there something I would like to recommend as well. My friend and I do no smoke and people instead of smoking outside, they smoke inside the building and the smelling is so horrible. In addition to that, we are living in the first floor and people up stairs make too much noise and difficult for us to sleep.

This experience so far with this company has been awesome! When I reach out to them they are quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them.
