I was relocating for new employment. If that wasn't stressful enough I only had three weeks to find a place. After numerous attempts I finally discovered DECA. The staff made the experience not only comfortable but expeditious as well. they even left a key in the lock box so I didn't have to make an extra trip just for that. Thank you all.

If there is an issues with anything in the home. If possible there the same day and communicate if it will be longer. Kind when you as a tenant is upset that something has broken. Never had anyone come to the home that made me uncomfortable. Never had anyone in the home with out prior notice.
