Angie was amazing!

Super happy with the quickness and results I see from Deca as a renter when I’ve had an issue. When I first moved in, the month was April and the weather was starting to heat up. Our a/c unit wasn’t cutting and attempting to host Easter Dinner was awful. The very next day, I contacted Deca and explained our situation and with in a week, we had a whole new Unit being installed! They handled our issue with our garage door as well. The motor went out and the door was a true pain to open manually. Again, with in a few days, a whole new unit was installed. The only issue I have is I wish there was a portal to pay rent online with $0 penalty, surcharge. Also, reward or benefits for good reneters was be a nice insentive! However, these are just a few things i’ve had in the past and miss. All in all, im happy with how Deca handles their clients concerns. The speed in which they do so is also a sign of an efficiently ran office that I do appericate. Thanks again, the Casteels.

I called about a water pressure issue over a weekend and it was handled on monday. There has been no problem since then.

The old cast iron pipes under my bathroom sink rusted out. Deca came over and replaced it all in no time. Thanks!!

My furnace was not work5. Called in to maintenance and someone from Dahl came the next day and determined that I needed a new furnace, which was installed the next day. This happened in a timely manner.

I truly appreciate all that DECA has done for me. My experience regarding immediate responses through phone calls or email is excellent. Angie (Marty's team) is AMAZING. She always goes above and beyond. Anytime that maintenance has had to come out to the house for any kind of repair, they have always been gracious and kind. Thank you DECA!
