When there are issues it is best just to have one person to deal with said issue than have multiple people that way you don't get different information

The overall upkeep of the building is lacking. I do appreciate that you respond quickly when there is a problem.

When a lot of people would not rent to us, they rented to us. We've been in a great home in a great neighborhood for over 6 months now and love it.

Sometimes I wish they would just check if everything is OK and if there is anything they could help with without us coming to them when there is an issue. THANKS

You know how you deal with someone and you can tell if that person is just doing their job, or if they’re really concerned about what’s going on and how they can help? Whelp Walter is definitely the maintenance man that is genuinely concerned and willing to help! I’m sure this company is very pleased with having him on the team! Thanks for all your help Walter I feel at ease knowing my issue will be fixed ASAP.
