I enjoy and appreciate the professional customer service and the friendly atmosphere that each of the employees showing the properties have shown me in the month that I've been looking for rental properties. To the point that I would like to be even considered as an employee that would go and show properties and use my 30 years of customer service experience.

Deca have beautiful rental properties. If I had a question after the move in, they communicated the answer promptly. I did have a maintenance request and they communicated and resolved the issue quickly. The staff are very friendly and professional. Through the resident portal you are able to get answers quickly.
