I’m singing praises for Jonathon in the Maintenance Department. He saved the day for Deca and me the tenant. I found myself standing in water in the kitchen. He took care of this immediately even though he was just scheduled for a lock out. Thank you so much Jonathan.

You know, sometimes life happens. This is what happened to my agent Eric. He was running late and took the time to communicate that. No problem, he could tell I wasn’t sure about the property I was looking at so he took the time to ask questions and find a solution. Within a few hours I was signing a lease for a new place. Love this place had couple issues when I moved in and they fixed it on a holiday weekend :) the fourth at that ! Very good property management I’m very happy with my decision always feels good when u rent and they care great place to rent from highly recommended
