Not really happy with the amount of rent that went up within a year but couldn't do anything about because of the timing I would have had to move so I have to stick it out until next year then I'm gone from this house

Decas Group have worked with me when I really needed time to pay them. They wasn't cruel about my situation are said you've got to go,they work with you as much as they can. Me being an single mom with two kids and barely enough income and not having anywhere else to go and no help from outsiders I truly appreciate them.

No comment about decas . My comment would be about the landlord

I like renting from Decas, I have not experienced one problem with them. Whenever I put in a work order for maintenance it’s cleared up in less then three days. Thank you Decas you Rock, Rock

It would be greatly appreciated if maintenance would respond to the date and time I am available for maintenance issues in a timely manner.
