I enjoyed my stay here it is a nice apartment. I want to transfer because I need more space

My experience with Decas has been AMAZING! Application approval time was good. They were always available and easy to speak with. Once approved everything went quick and smooth. From the walk through to the move in day was exceptional. Any problems I have had since living in my home they have fixed in less than 24-48 hours (honestly, by that afternoon or the next day). I am so glad to have found them.

The service was great and the needs were attended to. Good communication

You are very good at sending vendors out to fix a problem. Your works are very nice

This is the second year and we live in a apartment tri Plex and no one has been to cut the grass at all. It looks simply awful out front. I've lived here for over 10 yrs.And you all are the only property owners who don't take care of our appearance at all is my only complaint everything else is spot on.
