Everyone has always been courteous and helpful. I have struggled this year making rent due to some state and federal tax garnishments. You guys have worked with me as much as you could. I thank you. The garnishment is coming to an end this month. HALLELUJAH!! I will say this, everyone else I have rented from has a 10 day grace period. 5 days that you offer gives a renter no chance to make the rent next pay . Seems a bit punative when someone is already struggling. It's not that I don't want to pay rent on time. I loved it when was able to and I will be again soon. Just a thought. I think it would really help your tenants pat rent in full on time.
