First, my sink fell out of my counter into the cabinet below on 12/26/25. I submitted the request that day. While the repair crew has responded (two stars instead of one), it is now 1/2/26 and my sink is still sitting in the cabinet, untouched. I have not been informed of the repair plan or if one even exists. I am still without a sink and let's be honest, if I have not sink, I don't have much of a kitchen.

Kudos to Jeremy for going above and beyond when I first inquired about leasing. He called me right back after hours within 10 minute’s and had me setup for a look and lease the next day. Two weeks later I was moved in! Move in was very smooth, no issues w elevators, apartment was very clean and ready to go. SLC team members have been excellent. It’s AWESOME there are 3 functioning tenant elevators. Waiting on elevators is very frustrating in high rise apartments, it’s never an issue here! So far so good, it’s a pleasure to be a tenant here. I appreciate the attentiveness to security. However, my one complaint is “if you’re on the rooftop, outside, at 958 PM, security should not be standing over your shoulder, smiling, telling you to move on. Use some discretion, give us 5 minutes or so of grace time before coming up to you and kicking you out. It’s honestly WAY TOO much and unnecessary, we are all adults and know the rules.
