very poor. I was moving out of one unit and to another, and it has been handled so poorly. Even now the accounting and the bookkeeping is a nightmare and they’re hitting me with bogus expenses and surprises. Trying to get someone to work it out with me and explain it to me, but they are always too busy. Not happy and will definitely spread the word.

Cory is amazing repairman. He’s friendly knowledgeable and polite. He immediately attended to our concerns. Made sure knew his availability. Congratulations on Cory being on your team.

The only hiccup was the fact that the load-in location along the street can be ticketed by the police. It would be better if the movers could pull into the back bay instead of parking on the street. Overall, everyone was professional and responsive.

My AC went out on the 4th of July and Alex came right away to fix it.

The repair person knew exactly what was wrong with our air conditioning (filter clogged and needed replacing) and fixed it quickly.
