All was good except I had to run down maintenance to find out what the issue was and get a report on what was done to fix it. Maintenance forgot to leave an explanation.

The experience did not meet my expectations considering this is a high end luxury apartment complex. I was bestowed with a number of aps to help me move in but I found these aps to be unintuitive and even when I entered information, like my proof of insurance which was accepted and confirmed, I then received an email stating I was not in compliance and then was automatically signed up for the apartment provided insurance - I then had to go and get this sorted out! A number of mistakes were made that caused me inconvenience, e.g. not giving me the correct amount due for the first month's rent which I had to pay with a cashier's check. I had to go back and get a $27 cashier's check which I then handed to the Deco team in a timely manner. The next day I get a call stating I had not paid - turns out the Deco person who received my check never registered it to my account. I was also told I had 48 hours from the 1st to fill out a survey of any deficiencies we observed in the apartment. We complied and identified a number of items and here we are on the 7th and no one has contacted us to fix those issues! It's been a disappointing experience so far!

We have absolutely loved living in Deco since we moved in! The concierge, security, cleaning and maintenant staff and leasing office are all so wonderful.
