It has been a complete disaster. I still have a shower leak after living here nearly 6 months.

Everyone that works here are extremely professional and courteous! My move in experience was fantastic. My movers were running several hours behind while they shared an elevator at my previous residence. Stephanie and the Assistant Manager were able to easily accommodate, which was extremely appreciated!

I wish my bathtub was actually fixed and not just patched. It's still hollow underneath, and the coating they painted over the whole tub is rough like sandpaper. Not ideal.

It was very quick and easy! From the time of my request to the time of completed service, everything was done in 12 hours. The repairman also went above and beyond to show me exactly what was needed, and gave me some network my tips living here in downtown Fort Worth!

The staff has been very helpful and has made our experience exceptional so far.
