Discussed the blue wall, approx 100 deduction from deposit. Wall through final inspection. All ok.

If possible, as an update to the current process, could we receive a text message once our unit is entered? I'm usually at work and it would be nice to know! But otherwise I have no feedback, my experience with maintenance is always great.

Management was always super nice! The only downside was that it seems like something was always broken, hot tub, fireplaces, elevators, garage door. I know that management couldn't really do anything about that and they were communicative about any fixes or updates. I can also hear way too much of outside and my neighbors.
