I would rather stay in person

The floor was very dirty I had to mop it the night I had moved in, hair from previous tenant still on shower walls. A/c wasn’t working which made things pretty unpleasant through the move but was taken care of before I went to bed, very attentive maintenance guy Alfredo 10/10 employee.

Things were much better when Natasha was the General Manager. Recently, communication has declined significantly, and the overall level of kindness and professionalism has not been the same. The change has been noticeable and has negatively affected my experience.

My door lock battery died and my phone died at the same time so I couldn't put in a request myself. I went to the front office and Pablo immediately found a maintenance worker and got them to my apartment within 5 minutes. They did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with their help.

The maintenance staff is absolutely exceptional. These professionals go above and beyond what is needed, and their attention to detail is greatly appreciated.
