Your maintenance team is phenomenal! I put in a request at 3 PM and by 4 PM. Someone was knocking at my door the same day!!! My problem was a solved immediately. I have never had maintenance come that when something was not an emergency with in an hour! That is unheard of. Your team is phenomenal. God I am severely impressed with a level of service that I have received here consistently since I have moved in. Your staff needs to train every other building in the Denver area on how to deliver top notch quality service! Very impressed thank you so much for employing such skilled craftsman.

In theory the community events seem great but they happen so in Austin and on random days it would be nice to have a consistent schedule. Simultaneously the main reason I picked this apartment complex was for the electric car chargers I know they're trying to fix the ones on the third floor but the ones on the first floor are still broken.

I put the request in expecting it to be done the next day, but immediately it was addressed.

The emergency number listed on the website is either incorrect or unattended. I called and no one answered. Additionally, there is no indication that the line is owned by DECO. It just says “please leave a message”. This is a worrying prospect….

The maintenance crew is absolutely spectacular. Their professionalism and the speed in which they respond to maintenance request is truly inspiring. It took less than three hours for someone to get back to me! I have never had such speedy and professional service ever in any apartment that I lived in. Your amazing employees absolutely make the difference! Thank you so much for employee such outstanding craftsman who truly know their craft!
