The maintenance crew is excellent but the front desk don't like answering questions make it seem like you're bothering them

There still grit and/or dirt in the washer window. I have so busy unpacking and trying to get settledthat haven't bothered to complain. When they enter they quiet as a mouse.

I understand that the maintenance team is doing their best, however I have now put a maintenance request in twice for the same issue and it has not been resolved. The dishwasher latch DOES NOT open when running the cleaning cycle. The maintenance team upon their last visit said they reset the device and that it should be working now but it is not. They ran a cycle on the "rinse" setting and claimed that it did open, but when I run it on a normal clean cycle it still does not open, meaning my dishes do not properly clean and the only way for it to work is leaving the latch open and the detergent falls out and therefore is not working properly. At this point I believe what I need is a new dishwasher because after repeated attempts to fix the issue it is still not resolved.

I love living here. It is peaceful, and safe. My cat feels safe, and can get lots of sun. The people I have met are kind and welcoming, staff and residents alike. I'd love nothing more than to continue to live here. I genuinely recommend this place to good people I know all the time.
