They replaced the entire unit.

I initially hesitated about moving here because of the Google review. However my experience has been better than expected. The entire management team has been so helpful and kind. They were always willing to help in any way possible. I have not had any issues during my stay. It has been a wonderful experience. Big thank you to Natasha and Pablo for going above and beyond to assist and made my experience a pleasure. Thank you to maintenance for always being so prompt to resolve issues and love that the complex is always working on something to improve. I will miss the community and management

The maintenance man, Aaron, was able to change my air filter and dusted the outside of the vent. Greatly appreciate the help.

Discussed the blue wall, approx 100 deduction from deposit. Wall through final inspection. All ok.

If possible, as an update to the current process, could we receive a text message once our unit is entered? I'm usually at work and it would be nice to know! But otherwise I have no feedback, my experience with maintenance is always great.
