For the most part everyone has been beyond amazing, sometimes the experience we get from the front of office staff is an little inconsistent, but hopefully that continues to improve. Thanks!

In theory the community events seem great but they happen so in Austin and on random days it would be nice to have a consistent schedule. Simultaneously the main reason I picked this apartment complex was for the electric car chargers I know they're trying to fix the ones on the third floor but the ones on the first floor are still broken.

I put the request in expecting it to be done the next day, but immediately it was addressed.

The emergency number listed on the website is either incorrect or unattended. I called and no one answered. Additionally, there is no indication that the line is owned by DECO. It just says “please leave a message”. This is a worrying prospect….

The maintenance crew is absolutely spectacular. Their professionalism and the speed in which they respond to maintenance request is truly inspiring. It took less than three hours for someone to get back to me! I have never had such speedy and professional service ever in any apartment that I lived in. Your amazing employees absolutely make the difference! Thank you so much for employee such outstanding craftsman who truly know their craft!

Deco has some truly remarkable and gifted maintenance technicians. I am extremely impressed with the wealth of knowledge and their sheer talent and fixing anything that needs to be attended to. The level of professionalism is by far better than any I’ve seen at any past residence where I have stayed.
