Deco has some truly remarkable and gifted maintenance technicians. I am extremely impressed with the wealth of knowledge and their sheer talent and fixing anything that needs to be attended to. The level of professionalism is by far better than any I’ve seen at any past residence where I have stayed. My most pressing issue is the obnoxious odor that comes up from the pool. My second complaint would be all of the noise that is generated from people being around the pool. My third reservation would be all of the after hours noise once the pool area is closed. Other than that, I really enjoy being here.
