Maintenance team has been great so far. Every low-high priority request has been completed super quickly. The team is always nice and efficient.

Great management. (Management is so Good that when I was looking for a new place, I was trying to find the management company that owns DECO.) Great apartment. Great Price.BUT IT’S THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE. THEY JUST DONT FOLLOW RULES. SMOKING WEED IN THE APARTMENT, PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHEN IT'S 10PM MAYBE PEOPLE ARE SLEEPING. Overall 10/10 APARTMENT 4/10 people

The maintenance team is great! Super fast turnaround.

Was charged too much due to team not responding in time to my notice to vacate. I was also not compensated for being forced to move units due to plumbing issue in the building. Other than that, my stay at Deco was nice.

Keep up the good work.

Alfredo is simply amazing! He is extremely thorough professional and absolutely knows his craft! A true and genuine master of his pride. Thank you for doing such an amazing job.
