Was fast and work it

The gentleman who came on July 2nd was the most polite maintenance work I have ever worked. It was very polite and courteous. And did a wonderful job, thank you.

Fixed the issues same day as the request. The job was completed at a satisfactory level, but dirt and debris was excessive around working areas and tracked through rest of apartment.

Prompt courteous response. Great follow up.

I came back from an appointment and my kitchen light was fixed. It is very important to me to be able to see in the kitchen and without the light, it is a safety concern for me to prevent any fall. It may just be me, but the light is definitely brighter, which also is very pleasing to me. I couldn't ask to better response and service for my issue.
