While there were some minor hiccups with the application process. Sophia was very patient and sweet with me. I am very glad I chose to move here. Everyone is very pleasant. Grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is also very on point. Big shout out to Arthur for helping me in a pinch. 🙏🏼

I’m rating it at 4 because the original person who took my request bailed out and didn’t inform anyone on his team that the work wasn’t even done yet. I had to leave work early without pay to meet him at his requested time, and when he failed to show I had to report to the main office to request someone else to help me. Arthur took over and was incredible. He got the work done quickly and double checked to make sure everything was in place for me.

Your front office staff is amazing. They go up and beyond to help. Jodi was so helpful to us. just amazing. I started my marriage there 37 years ago and now plan to stay here till the end. Keep your staff. Excellent staff is hard to fine. they deserve a medal for the customer service they [provided to me and my husbund.
