Jessica is amazing!!!!

The community was amazing but the agent who helped us was very welcoming and friendly towards us and our baby. Her excitement towards the community and future club house also brought us excitement as well. The pool set up was a unique find with the large 1ft pool which would be great for taking our daughter who is only one years old and the fitness center is perfect for days where we can not drive all the way to the gym. My only concern would be parking since we have 2 vehicles and there is currently only 1 assigned parking with all the open parking being first come first serve and open to visitors.

The unit I showed had bugs in it, and the second unit that was showed to me the air conditioner sounded like it was about to blow or something.

Rubi was an amazing tour guide, answered all of our questions regarding the property, she made it fun, full of laughter, she did amazing

Pressure wash cleaning the sidewalks, stairs, walkways and paint could go a long way and can help change the look of community, as well as wash away stains and dog poop.

Property was clean, staff was amazing and apartment was spacious

Parking is definitely an issue, including the main entry gates broken or not in service 70% of the time.

People don’t clean up after the dog poopAlso parking is terrible many people have to many cars with no stickers on the windshield to confirm they live in the property?

There was a huge spider in the apartments we saw.
