Parking is a big issue here. No parking enforcement is done. You have cars sitting in the same place for months with no permits and nothing is done about it. People are always parking in the red fire zones making it hard for me to park in my assigned parking and again nothing is done.

I love the place and the people are very friendly

They community looks very nice

I had friends that lived there years ago when it was brand new and nice. The apartments look run down and old. There was trash in front of peoples units. The price is too high for how run down that place is now. The lady that showed me around was great. Very nice, very helpful and she does her job great.

Friendly staff

Management is horrible at this place it’s so sad that it’s a nice place to live but management makes it horrible.

Itzel was good. Her coworker gave the worst customer service. Interrupted my girlfriend every single time she spoke. She was bothered by every question we asked her. Charged me for an extra application fee? On top of that, not a single person in that office had a solution to the many problems they had with their site. Every answer they gave was “yeah that’s weird” or “I don’t know” in the most condescending tone. Warning all of my peers about the experience.
