Itzel in the front office is extremely helpful on any questions or assistance. Always friendly and gets things done!! The quality of our apartment is pretty good, but could use some updates. Some of the updates ie: painting and bathroom remodel, done prior to our move in were subpar. Only 1 bathroom was updated and master bath in need of updating and repair. Simply painted over the tub/shower and paint is peeling badly.Community is bad overall. Garbage bill is excessively high due to not monitoring or action taken against those who cause the issue. Always garbage by the dumpsters. Dogs barking and whining and locked on patios at all hours and nothing done about it.Parking is difficult due to so many cars that are NEVER moved. People parking in tow zones over night and not being towed. People and cars that are not residence on the property at all hours.I live towards the back of the community and seems like it isn’t monitored and way worse than front of community.For what I pay I would hope for better all around.

Why is there never any parking? I pay extra to be able to park in the complex. Now I have to park my car on the streets behind the apartment complex. Also when will the gates be fixed and cars with no parking pass be towed?

Parking is a big issue here. No parking enforcement is done. You have cars sitting in the same place for months with no permits and nothing is done about it. People are always parking in the red fire zones making it hard for me to park in my assigned parking and again nothing is done.
