I had friends that lived there years ago when it was brand new and nice. The apartments look run down and old. There was trash in front of peoples units. The price is too high for how run down that place is now. The lady that showed me around was great. Very nice, very helpful and she does her job great.

Management is horrible at this place it’s so sad that it’s a nice place to live but management makes it horrible.

Itzel was good. Her coworker gave the worst customer service. Interrupted my girlfriend every single time she spoke. She was bothered by every question we asked her. Charged me for an extra application fee? On top of that, not a single person in that office had a solution to the many problems they had with their site. Every answer they gave was “yeah that’s weird” or “I don’t know” in the most condescending tone. Warning all of my peers about the experience.

Downstairs neighbor has been harassing me since I moved in back in Jan and nothing has changed

The price suddenly change availability changes wasted our time

The back area of the apartment is very loud. This is my first apartment where noise is a daily disturbance especially at night. Drivers drive fast in the back lot. Drivers play their music excessive loud, as in I can hear the words of the lyrics while they are parking their car and their windows and my windows are both closed. There is much nightly drug activity from the park to this building.

Just the trash, it makes our community look dirty along with the dog poop people do not pick up. Frustrating and annoying
