The staff and Manager were always a pleasant and friendly. They were always proactive in informing me of any changes with advance notice. I had left my unit unsecured on multiple occasions, they always informed me immediately.

Defender Storage Penn Hills has excellent customer service! I was helped into my unit by Robert Dills who was able to help me with any and all questions; he was very through on the procedures and up front about potential costs and the situations entailed.
