I really like the value of the unit I am renting. Did have some issues getting a working gate code but so far everything seems good.

Your facility was close to my home, provided a climate controlled environment, and affordable. It also provided the contractor doing work at our home a deadline by which he needed to be completed (3 months) so we could move our items back from storage. It was everything we needed, and very professionally managed.

The front desk clerk got me squared away with a unit quickly. He was friendly, answered all my questions and went through the lease with me.

The whole process has been extremely seamless and the system in place at defender leads me to believe that my belongings are safe with them.

Nice worker

The 3 young men were courteous, prompt and professional. They explained the paperwork to me at the start and then worked very hard to complete the move in a timely manner. They were careful with all the belongings and somehow managed to get everything in the storage unit I rented. I have used this company in the past and highly recommend them for any move.
