Javier, the person who assisted me in signing the lease was friendly and very helpful. He answered all my questions. I like that the place is inside where nature is not going to seep into the unit and it is temperature controlled.

I walked in after the gentleman was off his shift. I pulled up and had two trailers full of items to be stored and he punched back in.loaded the system. However, I did not respond to the email stating that call center doesn’t have my contact information!! all I Gotta say is Xavier FRanco went beyond his duties in a time of crisis in my life!!!!

I wasn't actually expecting to rent the unit for over a year, but it worked out that way. They were always friendly when I stopped in or called and had even been late on a few payments without getting nailed with fees. It's always clean in there, it's climate controlled and an overall good experience. It's only the second time I ever rented space like that and I'd use Defender again if I ever need to and I'm in that area again. When I moved out a gentlemen Xavier was very helpful and friendly doing so. I'd definitely recommend using Defender Self Storage to anyone needing extra storage space. They have a variety of sizes to choose from. I believe I had a 10×10 unit. A very pleasant rental experience.
