The price of the storage unit is overly inflated. I am only using CubeSmart because it is convenient.

The unit was clean and easy to access. The property manager and the CubeSmart rep was friendly. The location of the Storage Unit is very convenient to where I live.

The bait and switch program. Get the customers in at a low rental price and 2 months later increase the rate by 50-70 dollars and then 7 months later go up another 60 -80 dollars

Associates would be out of the office for extended periods of time to where moving out was difficult to do and caused an extra charge on my account. This charge was not refunded because I was not able to get the information I needed to move out correctly but should have known? Terrible customer service because there is nobody there to answer phones or help face to face. Now because of that I get the penalty.

The person that runs or is in charge he is not helpful or friendly at all. I've rented there in the past spot rv02 and it was easy to get my boat in and out of this spot. We'll he have us rv10 a difficult spot to get my boat in and out I ask him to move me to rv01 or rv02 when it opens up and he told me there was a long line of people waiting for these spots . Rv01 is always empty when im at the facility I believe he's not being truthful or helpful at all
