Great Office Personnel! Phill has been Very, Very Consistent at delivering Excellent Customer Service.

The manager, Phil, is very helpful. The units are clean and accessible. Pricing is reasonable.

The store manager Phillip was extremely rude to me on the phone he told me I was irresponsible and When I asked for his last name he told me I needed to come down to the store and face him.

It was nice to have a place to put some stuff at a reasonable affair. They were not out to make a quick buck on others belongings willing to be patient enough with a small late fee if applicable.

Price increases.

I had my unit emptied on a Friday, you guys charged me the following Monday and wouldn't refund my money, or give me my unit access back!

Overall the service & facility was great, the only negative was the inability to have access to my unit was associated to an IT issue. After more than twelve (12+) months w/ this IT issue, the solution was a special code which revolved the issue. But, this special code was not compatible when using the CubeSmart app.I received many apologies but, not single a monetary compensation. At the same time they business leveled two (2) rate increases which total over $100.

The employee on site (Phil) was very helpful and explained every detail to me. He was very helpful in determining the right size for my needs.

We were very pleased with management being so helpful. The site was convenient to our location. The grounds were always clean and secure. We would definitely use cubesmart again if needed as well as recommend to others.

Prices are great and the place is very clean
