First, it took almost an hour and a half to rent the unit. Second, the price of the unit on line wasn’t the same as what was quoted by the sales person at the front deck. We had to secure a unit on line to get the lower advertised price on line. Then the sales person had trouble getting it to work so had to secure the unit again to get the lower price. When we got the unit the code we were given wouldn’t work at the gate. Apparently the symbols included with the numbers were invented. We wrote them down as they were given to us so the mistake wasn’t on our end!Third, the outside door (closest to our unit) on the south/east corner of the building wouldn’t work with our code either, had to go to the next door down and us that one.Other then that the facility and our unit is clean and the temperature is just right for our belongings.

From the start, Phil, the general manager has been customer oriented. Listening to our questions and providing helpful info and instructions. Our unit was spotless, well lit and easy to secure our belongings. He'd go find us a cart to make move in and move out much easier.

The store manager Phillip was extremely rude to me on the phone he told me I was irresponsible and When I asked for his last name he told me I needed to come down to the store and face him.

It was nice to have a place to put some stuff at a reasonable affair. They were not out to make a quick buck on others belongings willing to be patient enough with a small late fee if applicable.
