I think you’re all doing a great job! I bought my first outlander in 2020 and from then you all improved greatly especially that sales reps everyone is great there now and I couldn’t be more happier! Thank you!!!!I had a great experience with the sales rep. He did amazing getting us in and out.

I was parked in front of a fence and realized my rearview mirror had the same type of warping issue for which we had just replaced the driver's side view mirror.I like your dealership and the people in your dealership, otherwise I would have never bought a vehicle from you. I also like your mechanic for being honest and helpful. Colin took the time to explain something very simple that I just didn't know. That's commendable in these parts, considering I am familiar with how less reputable places in the area do business. Keep up the good work, and thank you for being a place I can trust.I had originally been told I could get a shuttle down the road to work. That coordination did not happen the first time. I would have preferred to have just been told no so I could give myself time to walk instead. Thankfully, GC's boss gave him permission to drive me to work and drive my vehicle back to the dealership, or I would have been late. To give credit where it is due, the shuttle was coordinated better for the second visit. Thank you. I have no problem having to return for a back ordered part.I really like the front end sales people, like Giancarlo (GC). Colin the mechanic is enthusiastic and good natured, too.

She was very rude and disrespectful. Her name was Ashley Johnson. She should not be in customer service if she is going to treat customers the way she treated me! Very unhappy with her and how she treated me right from the start.My driver seat was moved closer to the steering wheel, so I had to mess with my seat until I got it to the right position. They should not move the seat unless they put it back to where it was!
