ZThe whole bill was not communicated when asked for a complete price for fixing my transmissionYour choices don't fit my comments, but had to pick one to reply.My problem was fixed. My issue was picked my car up on a Saturday. 2 days later on a Monday the car started to overheat. Antifreeze was drained and the car didn't get the proper amount put back in. Had to call the shop ask for which antifreeze to add to it. Shop tells us a brand which only you carry. We live 1 hour and 20 minutes away from the shop. 40 dollars later in antifreeze to correct a problem that I didn't have going into the shop. Maybe give antifreeze to a custom so they have it. To stop problems from a rising.A holiday was used as an excuse. I had to call and check on things. If they had changed my transmission from the beginning.Once the part came in and fixed yes a timely manner. I had to keep calling and asking. The reason my secondary car front steering went. I had to rent a car for 1 week. I didn't want to go over the week. 372.00 for that was enough.I asked to change my transmission right from the beginning. Was advised that flushing would be a 50/50 shot. I agreed against my better judgement. When you have a customer stating to do something to their vehicle, listen to the customer. I preferred the sure thing, I'm not a gambling person. I did and it bit me in the ass. Over 18 hundred to fix things wrong with my car which one was to flush fluids out of transmission and add more fluids. Those fluids added were wasted because it didn't work. Still needed a transmission. Over 66 hundred later. 😠Your times are not customer friendly, when you have 2 working people on opposite shifts.

Follow up with your customers after the sale to make sure that paid services are scheduled especially after they’ve already contacted you. Make sure that the price quoted is the price paid and includes services they wanted prior to picking up the vehicle.Vehicles claim to include remote starter, but fails to inform the customer that it is for the app in which the customer has to pay for after a year.I was told that my payment was one price and by the time corrections were made it ended up being $20+ more.After making an appointment to pick up my vehicle I ended up waiting for 2 hours.
