Follow up with your customers after the sale to make sure that paid services are scheduled especially after they’ve already contacted you. Make sure that the price quoted is the price paid and includes services they wanted prior to picking up the vehicle.Vehicles claim to include remote starter, but fails to inform the customer that it is for the app in which the customer has to pay for after a year.I was told that my payment was one price and by the time corrections were made it ended up being $20+ more.After making an appointment to pick up my vehicle I ended up waiting for 2 hours.

We were there from Newport Vermont and needed to get home. We had a problem with the emergency brake and they were excellent. They said they had a busy schedule but they fit us in within the hour. The mechanic fixed the problem and also fixed a recall that we had not gotten to yet and they did a full check up of the car. I have nothing but praise for these wonderful people. Thank you so much.
