No one ever answers the phone. It rings and rings then disconnectsI called to ask when vehicle was ready.I came in for noise which seems to be brake related and the work quoted and completed did notFix the problemThe work quoted was never done on vehicleService advisor never explained what was being done and in several occasions said she was going to email me and never didErnie the manager was spoken to and ignored request to address the lack of transparency in work requested, quoted and done and never responded after initial phone callWas never communicated with regarding the work completed and the work not completed, but was overcharged

Waiting on car to be undercoated which they told me was already done when I signed the paper to purchase car only to find out it wasn’t done.

Will is one of the best Sales people I have ever worked with I have bought roughly 15 cars between my wife and myself and by far this was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Jason in Finance was also amazing and gave me excellent information to allow me to make a decision for warranty for my vehicle. I don't like giving perfect grades because I think there is always room for improvement but.... um I didn't see anything that I would say needs improving.I haven't had any issues since I first thought of buying a car there
