I booked an appointment online, but when I called to check they didn’t have it on the books. I made an appointment at that time on the phone. When I arrived they didn’t have that one scheduled either.Professional and friendly staff, knowledgeable. Fast service

To call if the service person is not coming in? I drove from Seabrook. It was very jard to get any one on the telephone to scheduleI went to my original appointment to find out the service guy didn't come in that morningI went in for a recall on my car. I had to get out the car and was told one of them can help you. She just pointed. This was my first time there so I had no idea who she was talking about.The service guy was very helpful

It took 5 calls just to get your service departmentCan’t believe you charge 157 just to drain oil from transmission and add 4 get oil another 100 . You did nothing more than that no filter change if it had one anyway. So to plll a plug and drain the labor change was way out of line

I haven’t heard from anyone from the dealership nor have I taken my vehicle back.

My service!She told me my transmission needed flushing but the cost was extremely high. I said no at that time but then I told her to go ahead and do it. That was the only change made. Time sitting there was ridiculous.I was given a receipt of course it has everything on it that they were supposed to have done.I really don’t know what to say anymore. Said it all!Not a happy customer!I got on online to schedule appointment I received the feedback that my appointment was accepted I would be hearing from someone shortly to confirm. Never heard from anyone so I called the next day. I called Mitsubishi went through the prompts took me to Mitsubishi service department. I told the man I scheduled online he told me..”oh that online scheduling doesn’t work we don’t see the appointments made online”. I said…so how are we suppose up know that? We are thinking we have an appointment but we don’t. So this needs to be taken off the online are get it fixed for your customers. While sitting in the waiting area, I heard a man ask the same thing about the online scheduling doesn’t. Not good!!!!I was not satisfied at ALL!
