My service!She told me my transmission needed flushing but the cost was extremely high. I said no at that time but then I told her to go ahead and do it. That was the only change made. Time sitting there was ridiculous.I was given a receipt of course it has everything on it that they were supposed to have done.I really don’t know what to say anymore. Said it all!Not a happy customer!I got on online to schedule appointment I received the feedback that my appointment was accepted I would be hearing from someone shortly to confirm. Never heard from anyone so I called the next day. I called Mitsubishi went through the prompts took me to Mitsubishi service department. I told the man I scheduled online he told me..”oh that online scheduling doesn’t work we don’t see the appointments made online”. I said…so how are we suppose up know that? We are thinking we have an appointment but we don’t. So this needs to be taken off the online are get it fixed for your customers. While sitting in the waiting area, I heard a man ask the same thing about the online scheduling doesn’t. Not good!!!!I was not satisfied at ALL!

Customer service from beginning to end.In and out with keys in record time, including the vehicle being ready to go.The fountain drink machine was a nice touch. Overall best experience we have ever had. We have been telling all our friends about Demontrond auto group.Brandon Allen was completely up front and professional. We asked questions and he answered honestly. He took the time to help us find the vehicle perfect for our situation. The whole process was quick and easy. Never had such a good experience with a dealership.

Remember to inspect for fluid levels and complete these basic services.The online format was not working and I called 5 times before I got a response.
