The only thing I was concerned was that my windshield washer was not filled & I hope that all the other fluids were checked. I had to fill the windshield washer reservoir myself, is this not part of my maintenance?? They do check all fluids right?? My car is fairly new & I do keep my car pretty clean weather permitting.I waited for a bit but I knew it would take a while so I was prepared

My visit mainly consisted of a multi-point inspection, but the service was completed in a timely manner. However, Demontrond Mitsubishi is my vehicle's (a 2018 Outlander PHEV) main source of maintenance and repair. I've never had a problem with them in the past. Please note that I perform all of my vehicles oil changes myself.Fast, friendly, courteous service. Everyone seems to be very professional.

Although the representative that checked our Outlander in was knowledgeable and friendly, the technician that rotated our tires did not torque them down. After driving approximately 1 mile our rear right tire started to wobble. We pulled over and noticed that the lugnuts were not even hand tight. I had to use the tools that came with the Outlander to tighten the lugnuts for all 4 wheels. I did take the Outlander back to insure that the lugnuts were tightened to the proper specs. This is unacceptable, imagine if the tire had come off on the highway. You need to do a better job at quality control to avoid putting your customers lives in danger. I was also not offered any kind of discount for my inconvenience.
