There needs to be better signage for the service center. I ended up going to the wrong building. It was my first time visiting the dealership. Better signage stating where the service center is located would have been helpful.Other that going to the wrong building, having to wait for a tow truck to be moved so I could leave. I was happy to see that Frank who had helped me at the Mits LaPorte location was working here. Frank was always very helpful, and I feel comfortable coming back knowing he is there.My vehicle was done but a tow truck blocked the service bay and no one said anything to my service rep. It took longer than expected to just have an oil change.
