Everyone was extremely kind and informative

Very pleasant, efficient staff members were kind and patient. Dr. Was so through and explained all options for dental repair.

Everyone is pleasant. I have a phobia about teeth, and everyone was very accommodating to make sure I felt comfortable.

The team members were all pleasant, extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and seemingly happy to be there.While I would ordinarily award a higher score above, I was extremely disappointed at my expectation for the appointment not being met. When I scheduled the appointment, I scheduled a cleaning, and was told I would get and exam and a cleaning. Instead, I got an exam only, and was told this was due to being a new patient. This information should have been communicated upon my initial scheduling. I understood, and was okay with this at the time, until I received my treatment plan and went to schedule the now necessary follow-up appointment for my cleaning. The hygienist Chris who looked at me is not available until the new year. The first available date for ANY alternate hygienist is not until November 4th, over 6 weeks away. It’s hard for me to accept that when I was expecting to get a cleaning yesterday.

This was our first visit to your practice. Chris was great with my son and made him feel very comfortable. He engaged in conversation and kept Preston comfortable throughout the visit.The dentist, however, didn't give us much of his time. He said hello and exchanged basic pleasantries. Considering we are a new family (my other two kids have appointments soon), he didn't welcome us. He was maybe in our room for less than 5 minutes. That was a very quick examination! Finding a provider for your family can be challenging. Would hope to have had a better experience.Because Chris was so great with Preston, I hope that my other two will get him as their hygienist. He will be the reason we stay.

Everybody was welcoming and enjoyable to work with. Staff had lots of positive energy, friendly, and inquisitive.

Professional and courteous staff. Dentist are cheerful, friendly and made me feel comfortable as any dental office is not my favorite place to be.

They don't tell you about what to expect about billing they are get over with medicre patients
