My name was not correct in your system. My name is Benny but someone put Ben in the computer.My dental insurance was decline (new insurance policy). How could they approve a wrong name that was not in the system. I still have not heard back from anyone to inform me if this has been taken care of. I am disappointed and had to pay full price due to the lack of detail someone made.
