Wait time once I was seated in the room was long, but overall an excellent experience

Terrible experience; the front desk receptionist was very rude, I had to wait too long to get in , and then had more long waiting time after being put in an exam room. Didn’t show any care or concern for me and caused me significant pain taking my X-rays because the practice was too cheap to have small bite wing sensors and I have a lot of Tori in my mouth. Then they had a “temp” clean my teeth on my second visit today when I had made an appt with another specific hygienist, and their “temp” couldn’t speak English and was rough and hurt me several times. It was an awful experience.

Great first visit. The staff were all professional and courteous. And I liked the prices too
