Staff was very helpful and took time to explain treatment options thoroughly with me.

When I came in I was extremely nervous. The whole staff was so nice and helpful. It was a very nice relaxing experience. Dr. Ly was so patient and explained everything to me. And asked me numerous times if I had any questions. I am so happy that I chose this place. I have a Dental Associates in Winter Haven but choose Bartow because of all the great reviews. Everyone is so right.

Lots of talk x-rays, did they nothing for my toothache, left in pain, they did not help at all, not going back . Would not pull tooth .

Pleasant, professional staff. Apparently very thorough.I was confused as to why a routine cleaning was not included, until I realized I had inquired about a deep cleaning and was quoted a price for that service! I guess I can reschedule to receive a routine cleaning? Please advise!
