It was good but would have been nice to tell me and my mom that my daily cleaning would be on another day instead of yesterday before the appointment.

Such a difference in experience from other dental practices, in a very positive way. From the Front desk coordinator to the Dentist, everyone made me feel welcome and listened to my concerns and addressed them in a very compassionate and informative way. My quoted treatment was the most reasonable I had ever seen and I will be sharing my experience with friends and family.

During my new patient consultation yesterday, my 2:00 PM appointment began with a 30-minute delay. Although the staff was pleasant, the visit was inefficient and concerningly expensive.Visit InefficienciesLengthy Duration: I was not called back until approximately 2:30 PM and did not leave until after 4:00 PM—spending over two hours solely on diagnostic imaging, including being used to test a brand-new scanner the office had received that day.Separated Services: Despite having worked in a dental office myself and knowing standard practice usually includes a cleaning on the first visit, I left without one. The practice intends to split routine care across multiple future appointments.Pricing and Insurance ConcernsExorbitant Extraction Cost: After applying what is considered great dental insurance, I was quoted $1,760 strictly for a single tooth extraction, excluding the two subsequent appointments required for the implant and crown.Wasted Benefit: Having exhausted my one annual comprehensive exam benefit on this visit, I intend to seek a second opinion elsewhere, pay out of pocket for a new exam, and compare treatment plans and pricing.Given the inflated pricing and the impression that treatment is unnecessarily drawn out to maximize insurance or patient billing, I will more likely be switching providers.

The assistant was not very personable at first but warmed up and was better by the end. Not a big fan of coming in for initial appointment thinking we were going to get a cleaning too. This should’ve been addressed at the time the appointment was confirmed. Other than that, my experience was good.

It was our first, new patient experience. Everyone was exceptionally kind, friendly, understanding and helpful of our situation! We were very appreciative.

I called and was able to be seen same day for wisdom tooth pain which turned into multiple extractions. All of the staff were kind, professional and quick to take care of my needs. I will definitely will be coming back here for regular dental care.
